*TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Club Eurostar, the rewards club operated by Eurostar International Limited (a company incorporated in the UK under company number 02462001, with its registered office at 6th Floor, Kings Place, 90 York Way, London N1 9AG, United Kingdom), for and on behalf of itself and THI Factory SA (registered with the Banque Carrefour des Entreprises under the No. 0541.696.005, Trade Register of Brussels, with its head office at Place Marcel Broodthaers 4, 1060, Brussels, Belgium), (hereinafter referred to together as “Eurostar”) is organising a promotion called “Club Eurostar Opt-in Bonus Promotion 2024” (the “Promotion”).
2. The Promotion shall take place from 11:00 BST (British Summer Time) on 15 July 2024 until 11:00 BST (British Summer Time) on 30 September 2024 (the "Promotional Period").
3. By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must either: (i) be already registered as a member of Club Eurostar and not opted-in to receive promotional emails prior to the start of the Promotional Period, or (ii) if not already registered as a member of Club Eurostar, register as a member of Club Eurostar and opt-in to receive promotional emails during the Promotional Period.
5. Club Eurostar members who were already opted-in to receive promotional emails prior to the Promotional Period will not be eligible for this Promotion. You can only opt-in once to receive promotional emails during the Promotional Period.
6. Once you have opted-in to receive promotional emails, you will receive 200 bonus reward points. 200 bonus reward points has a value of approximately £5/5€/$5. The bonus reward points will be credited to your membership account within 48 hours of you signing up to the Promotion. You are only eligible to receive 200 bonus reward points once.
7. The bonus reward points can be used towards a future Eurostar train booking, or towards the cost of an upgrade on an existing Eurostar train booking. Bonus reward points can be only used towards Eurostar train bookings, and cannot be used for any train + hotel package bookings.
8. Bonus reward points earned as part of the Promotion do not count towards your Club Eurostar club level.
9. Eurostar reserves the right to revoke bonus reward points and/or terminate a Club Eurostar Member’s membership if, in the reasonable opinion of Eurostar, a participant commits a breach of these terms and conditions, or carries out fraudulent activity (e.g., creates multiple Club Eurostar accounts in order to claim bonus reward points multiple times) during the Promotional Period.
10. The bonus reward points will expire if in a consecutive 24-month period you do not earn any reward points through travel on Eurostar services, or you do not receive points from other Club Eurostar members or a partner, or compensation points.
11. Eurostar reserves the right to cancel, curtail or extend the Promotion at any time or to vary these terms and conditions.
12. Club Eurostar terms and conditions apply. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Club Eurostar terms and conditions, then these terms and conditions shall take precedence.
